These stools are built using 100% maple. They are lightweight but extremely strong. Each dowel is oven-dried before assembly for a tight fit. The seats are woven with 100% cotton tape with a high-density foam filler. The cotton-tape can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Each stool comes with FREE Mohawk Fabric Guard®.
These stools are made in Maine. Most of the maple is harvested in Maine, cut, dried and turned in a small family-operated dowel mill in Farmington. Other parts come from Vermont.
